The Board invites you to the BRK Annual General Meeting.

For anyone who wishes to take up an agenda item. A request must be sent to the BRK Board with all attachments and necessary paperwork by 6th March. This may be done via email to president@bergenrugby.no with the subject title:- Items for AGM 2018.

A full list of the agenda and all documentation will be given on 20th March, 2019 onto www.bergenrugby.no.

In order to vote at the AGM you must be 15 years of age, have been a member of BRK for at least one month and have paid your annual membership for 2018.
